REPEAT 3X

10 Jumping Lunges
10 Burpees
10 Jumping Jacks
20 Sit Ups
20 Mountain Climbers
20 Calf Raises
30 Russian Twists
30 Jumping Jacks
30 High Knees
1min. Plank
